Full-Service (Manned)
I stay on-site for the whole event to set up, design, and manage the bouquet bar — a hosted experience for your guests. Adds a flat $50/hr attendant fee on top of your per-person total.

Teardown by 10pm
Every booking, Self-Serve or Full-Service, wraps by 10pm — this is included in your quoted setup/teardown time.

Self-Serve (Unmanned)
I set up a beautiful self-serve bouquet bar and leave clear instructions — no staffing needed. Great for guests who like to browse and build at their own pace. Included at no extra cost.

Need More Time? — $125/hr
If you want Pine & Petal Events to stay past 10pm, regardless of Self-Serve or Full-Service, an additional $125/hr fee applies. We'll talk timing upfront so there are no surprises.
Pricing
Below are the additional starting rates for travel, setup. A non-refundable down payment equal to your flower total will be required to secure each event booking.
Travel Fee — $50 Flat
A flat $50 travel fee applies to events more than 15 miles from Spokane, that is within a 1 hour drive radius. Over an hour will be customized pricing within your quote. No charge for events within 15 miles.
Setup & Teardown
Setup and breakdown are a flat fee auto included in the quote - no worrying necessary!
Event Time — $50/hr
This $50/hr rate is the attendant fee that applies only when you choose Full-Service staffing (see the calculator above) — it's separate from flowers, travel, and setup/teardown. Self-Serve bookings skip this fee entirely.
