It's one experience — a Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar — built from five choices: Bar Size, Flower Tier, Staffing, Bar Duration and Coverage past 10pm. Mix and match below to find your package instantly. Every package includes the flowers, stand, buckets, shears, wraps, setup and teardown; enter your zip code for travel, and after-hours is quoted separately. What type of flowers can I expect for each tier?

Flowers are bought fresh for your date, so exact varieties and colors shift with the season and what's at its best that week. These are examples of what to expect, not a fixed list — tell us your colors and we'll build to them.

Classic

Bright, full and built to last. Expect blooms such as carnations, mini carnations, pom pom daisies, baby's breath and statice, finished with fresh salal greenery. A cheerful, high-volume mix that photographs beautifully and holds up all night.

Premium

Everything in Classic, plus roses. Expect blooms such as fresh roses, spray roses and alstroemeria alongside the Classic mix,

finished with eucalyptus rather than salal. Roses and eucalyptus together change the whole look and scent of a bouquet.

Luxe

Our fullest, most designed mix. Expect blooms such as garden roses, lisianthus, hydrangea and mini gerbera, layered with roses, alstroemeria and soft greenery. Choose Luxe when the bouquet bar is the centerpiece of the room.

Full-Service (Manned)

I stay on-site for the whole event to set up, design, and manage the bouquet bar — a hosted experience for your guests. Adds a flat $50/hr attendant fee on top of your package total.

Teardown by 10pm

Every booking, Self-Serve or Full-Service, wraps by 10pm — this is included in your quoted setup/teardown time.

Self-Serve (Unmanned)

I set up a beautiful self-serve bouquet bar and leave clear instructions — no staffing needed. Great for guests who like to browse and build at their own pace. Included at no extra cost.

Need More Time? — $125/hr

If you want Pine & Petal Events to stay past 10pm, regardless of Self-Serve or Full-Service, an additional $125/hr fee applies. We'll talk timing upfront so there are no surprises.

Below are the additional starting rates for travel and setup. A 55% deposit is due at booking and secures your date; the balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancel more than 14 days out and everything but the deposit is refunded. Inside 14 days your flowers are already ordered, so payments are non-refundable.

Travel Fee — $50 Flat

A flat $50 travel fee applies to events more than 15 miles from Spokane, that is within a 1 hour drive radius. Over an hour will be customized pricing within your quote. No charge for events within 15 miles.

Setup & Teardown

Setup and breakdown are a flat fee auto included in the quote - no worrying necessary!

Event Time — $50/hr

This $50/hr rate is the attendant fee that applies only when you choose Full-Service staffing (see the calculator above) — it's separate from flowers, travel, and setup/teardown. Self-Serve bookings skip this fee entirely.
